Commercial Apps Operator

With your business orientation, your IT- and ERP background and strong communication skills, you will support the Commercial Applications Team in providing a good user experience and positive perception of the running service, create a strong business-IT-liaison and support business as well as the Commercial Applications Team in creating value.
- With your systematic approach and calm nature, you will complete the team to guarantee smooth transition from service design into Service operation and make release changes as smooth as possible.
- The role will be hired in Thalwil (Zurich area, Switzerland).**Your Responsibilities**
- Provide workarounds to secure business continuity, resolve errors as far as possible
- Contribute and participate in defining (small) change requests
- Participate in specification, testing and roll-out of new feature or releases
- Maintenance
- Contribute to user information regarding planned outages and changes in use
- Create knowledge base articles for FAQ
- Create, update, maintain and administer system documentation
- Take care of User Access Management and documentation
- Collaborate in business continuity and disaster-recovery definitions and activities, based on your experience
- Participate in Change Board Meeting with the business stakeholders to understand business needs

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience) in STEM disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in administration and maintenance of ERP systems
- Good IT background to understand and classify raised issues
- Proven knowledge in business processes (Sales Order, Purchase Order, Productions Planning, Finance and Consolidation)
- Full competence in understanding of system integrations and financial process flows
- Work experience in an international environment
- Self-reliant, diligent, well-organized and team-oriented performance
- Good English skills and preferably adequate German skills
- Generally good communication skills to unify business stakeholders and IT teams
