**ABOUT THE TEAM**

Capco is looking for committed, innovative and creative people to join our Agile team and work in a fast-paced environment, alongside Agile coaches and delivery teams. You will play a crucial role in the Agile Transformation journey of our clients helping them to unlock the potential of modern ways of delivery. Furthermore you will enjoy being mentored and feeling the sense of Agile and DevOps community.

**WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO**
- Be facilitator, moderator, and servant leader for your agile team implementing the agile ways of working and training
- Facilitate of Scrum events such as daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospective, demo etc.
- Work together with other teams and senior stakeholders to move the organization towards Agility and remove impediments along the way
- Lead IT and business teams to create and deliver innovative end-to-end solutions that meet the requirements of the clients
- Proactively engage with clients in regular strategic discussions while cultivate and produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve team performance, drive understanding of issues and provide guidance related to transformative efforts

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING WITH YOU**
- 2+ years of relevant experience and strong skills in agile methodology and agile software development disciplines within the Financial Services Industry
- A strong track record in delivering client solutions and driving projects in Agile environment
- Entrepreneurial, excellent with building and maintaining relationship with delivery teams
- Fluent in English, German or French is a plus
