**Head of ICT Customer Interaction (f / m / d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Mitarbeit im strategischen Weiterentwicklungsprojekt für die oben genannten Plattformen
- Verantwortung für sämtliche cloudbasierte Tools für den Betrieb von Website und Kundenportal: CMS, PIM, DAM, E-Commerce (inkl. Release/Update Management)
- Fachliche und personelle Führung des Bereichs «ICT Customer Interaction»
- Change Request Management und Implementierungen
- Dokumentation der Entwicklungen und Schnittstellen
- Datenmanagement und Sicherstellung der geforderten Datenqualität im Bereich PIM/DAM
- Budget und Kostenverantwortung

**Ihr Profil**:

- Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft/Informatik oder Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik/Informatik (E-Commerce von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung im E-Commerce Umfeld (Vorzugsweise SAP Commerce Cloud)
- Erfahrung in der Einbindung von Umsystemen über Schnittstellen
- Führungserfahrung in der Linie und Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit PIM, DAM und CMS
- Konzeptionelles Denken und strukturiertes, methodisches Vorgehen
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Fähigkeit im multikulturellen Beziehungsnetz über geographische Distanzen zu arbeiten
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und JIRA
- Teamplayer mit «can do attitude»
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
