**Purpose of Activity/Assignment**

The Global WASH Cluster (GWC) recognizes the critical importance of equipping its coordination staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively respond to the evolving challenges in WASH sector. To address this need, the GWC has developed a comprehensive training pathway aimed at enhancing the capacities of WASH Cluster partners and coordination personnel. During the annual National Coordination Platform (NCP) workshop held in May 2023, several emerging needs for specialized learning were identified. Participants expressed a clear demand for targeted training on essential topics such as Emergency Preparedness, Anticipatory Action, the Humanitarian-Development-Peace Nexus, and Cluster Transition.

**Scope of work**

**_ 1) Review the 2023 Humanitarian-Development Peace Nexus training package:_**
- Take stock of existing IASC, GCCS and GWC guidance and generic learning material to update the training package content
- Review learning objectives and monitoring tools
- Review learning methodology as needed for online or in-person facilitation.
- Publish the course on AGORA

**_2) Develop a Preparedness / Anticipatory Action / Climate change training package:_**
- Take stock of existing IASC, GCCS and GWC guidance and generic learning material to gather content, in coordination with UNICEF GCCS Learning Task Force, GCCG Climate task force, GWC Climate Working Group and GWC Field Support Team specialist on the topic
- Develop learning objectives and monitoring tools
- Develop a scenario-based learning methodology for online or in-person facilitation, using collaborative tools and interactive activities.
- Publish the course on AGORA

**_3) Develop a Cluster Transition training package:_**
- Take stock of existing IASC, GCCS/GCCG and GWC guidance to gather content, in coordination with UNICEF GCCS Learning Task Force and GWC Field Support team specialist on the topic
- Develop learning objectives and monitoring tools
- Develop a scenario-based learning methodology for online or in-person facilitation, using collaborative tools and interactive activities.

**_4) Convert existing hybrid trainings to e-learning: Advocacy training, MBP 4 WASH training_**

**Consultant’s Work Place and Official Travel**

The Consultant will be remote/home-based with no travels foreseen.

**Estimated Cost of the Consultancy & Payment Schedule**

Payment of professional fees will be based on submission of an invoice and satisfactory completion of the above-mentioned deliverables. UNICEF reserves the right to withhold payment in case the deliverables submitted are not up to the required standard or in case of delays in submitting the deliverables on the part of the consultant.

Please submit a professional fee (in USD) based on 120 working days to undertake this assignment.
