**Beschreibung**:
Für unseren langjährigen und bekannten Geschäftspartner **Roche Diagnostics International AG** als Leader seiner Branche, suchen wir am Standort Rotkreuz ab sofort einen **Support International Regulatory Operations** für einen temporären Einsatz von 18 Monaten mit Option auf Verlängerung.

Das Regulatory Operations Subchapter ist ein Team von ca. 20 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz, Deutschland und den USA und unterstützt die Roche Affiliates bei den lokalen behördlichen Registrierungen. Neben dem Support der Affiliates arbeiten sie ebenso bei interenen Projekten zur Verbesserung und Vereinfachung mit, unterstützen bei Audits sowie der Implementierung der IVD Reguilatorien für unsere diagnostischen Produkte.

**Tätigkeiten**:

- Durchführung von Kopier
- und Scanvorgängen für Registrierungsdokumente
- Versand von Dokumenten via Kurier an die Länderniederlassungen
- Vorbereitung und Bestellung von offiziellen Dokumenten bei den Behörden
- Ablage der versandten Dokumentation nach Vorgabe
- Aktualisierung diverser Ablagen (in Papier
- und auch elektronischer Form) mit neuen Dokumentenversionen
- Erstellung von Worddokumenten nach Vorgabe
- Mitarbeit bei der Beantwortung von Anfragen aus den Roche-Filialen zu Registrierungsdokumenten
- Pflege und Übersicht über Produkte der Customer Area Molecular Lab in verschiedenen Listen und Datenbanken
- Arbeiten mit Word, Excel und PowerPoint
- Arbeiten mit der Abteilungsinternen Datenbank „RIMS“ (Veeva Vault)
- Listen-und Dokumetenpflege

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung entweder im kaufmännischen, administrativen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich in Kombination mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Labor oder in administrativer Tätigkeit
- Mind. 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer adminstrativen oder im Labor
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Aktenverwaltung und Dokumentation
- Sehr gute PC Kenntnisse mit MS Office und G-Suite werden vorausgesetzt, Veeva Vault Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Selbstständig, belastbar & dienstleitungsorientiert
- Sorgfältig
- Professionelles Auftreten, hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Interkulturelle und Schnittstellenkompetenz
- Pharma
- (oder Roche-) Erfahrung von Vorteil
