**The opportunity**

We're currently looking for a graduate as **Sales Trainee**. Someone to join and support our Sales team in Zürich, Switzerland (full-time). This **12-month traineeship** offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the automotive industry towards sustainable mobility. We're seeking someone with a passion for customer orientation, a knack for coordination and administration, and a drive to excel in a fast-racing environment.

**The responsibilities**

In this role, you'll be expected to take care of:

- Direct communication to and pre-qualification of potential B2B customers
- Handling sales leads, creating individual offers, creating and chasing sales opportunities
- Assisting with the entry and administration of orders and order management
- Organizing short and long term test drives with potential corporate customers
- Remarketing of used vehicles via internal and external sales platforms
- Processing of vehicle buybacks including analysis of expert reports and settlements of damages and charges
- Support in fleet management for the company's own fleet of demonstration vehicles
- Support in sales planning, order and delivery management

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders and partners effectively, along with strong administrative and planning skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively within a team.

In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience or knowledge in automotive business is a plus
- Product knowledge of electric cars is advantageous
- Proficiency in spoken and written German and English, French and/or Italian is a plus
- Advanced skills in MS Office and basic skills in CRM systems
