**Recruiter (100%)**

**What you can expect**:
Reporting to the HR Manager Switzerland, will be instrumental in enhancing and executing a variety of communication strategies, and tools aimed at bolstering Volpi's employer brand and attracting top talents to our teams in both Dietikon (Switzerland) and Auburn (USA).

Are you a dynamic and experienced recruiter looking to make a significant impact in the MedTech industry? We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join our team and lead our talent acquisition efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Collaborative Decision-Making**: Work closely with specialist departments to make informed hiring decisions that align with our company's needs and values.
- ** HR Collaboration**: Partner with our HR department to ensure a smooth transition from recruiting to HR integration for new hires.
- ** Agency Liaison**:Act as the main point of contact for additional recruiting agencies and job platforms, fostering strong professional relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years hands-on experience in autonomous recruitment, preferably within the MedTech industry or engineering environment learned either in a specialized employment agency or in a larger company and comparable in-house function
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
- very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
- organizational talent with a service-oriented mindset and a team player
- discretion and confidentiality is a must
