Scientist (All Genders) Quality Control - Stability

We are seeking a motivated Scientist (all genders) to join our Stability team within the Quality Control (QC) department, in the scenic town of Visp, Switzerland. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in ensuring that all stability studies across various laboratories are efficiently planned and executed, delivering results and reports to external clients within the agreed timelines. Your strong organizational and prioritization skills will be essential to your success.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Quality Assurance (QA) department to resolve any deviations and implement preventive measures. This diverse position also offers the opportunity to support both internal and external audits, providing a broad scope of responsibilities and professional growth.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Independent management of stability studies and projects with responsibility of their success
- Write and review protocols, reports and SOPs for stability studies
- Interpretation and presentation of stability data
- Trouble shooting on scientific basis. Identification and implementation of improvements and newest technical solutions
- Responsibility for storage chambers (e.g. qualification, monitoring)
- Handle deviations and support out-of -specification (OOS) investigations related to stability studies
- Point of contact for customers and health authorities during audits
**Key requirements**:
- University degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in chemistry, biology, biochemistry or related fields
- Work experience in a GMP environment is a plus
- Ability to analyse large and complex scientific data sets
- You handle challenges with a solution oriented mindset and you have great time management, organisational and prioritization skills. Furthermore you are a team player, and you have professional communication skills with internal and external customers
- Experiences with IT quality systems (e.g. LIMS, TrackWise) is advantageous
- English fluent is a must, German skills are a plus
