**Job Details**

**Savoir-faire**:

- Commande d'articles et de matériel non standard auprès de fournisseurs internes et externes, y compris soutien lors des négociations de prix et de délais.
- Garantie d'une gestion du matériel optimale en termes de coûts et de délais en fonction du projet, en utilisant nos système ERP
- Saisie et mise à jour continue des données dans nos 2 systèmes ERP
- Gestion physique du stock matériel et préparation du matériel pour projet et service selon les besoins sur 2 sites différents
- Soutien administratif auprès des différents chefs de projets

**Vos qualifications**:

- Apprentissage professionnel achevé dans le domaine technique, connaissance approfondie dans le domaine de l’automation un plus
- Expérience dans les commandes de matériel et gestion de stock un plus
- Connaissances approfondies des différents outils MS-Office
- Expérience avec différents systèmes ERP
- Très bonnes connaissances de la langue française à l'oral et à l'écrit, bonne connaissance de l’anglais pour échanger avec nos fournisseurs
- Personnalité résistante au stress, flexible, autonome et en même temps capable de travailler en équipe, exacte, aimable, communicative et orientée vers le client
