For one of the leading Watch brands in the world, we are currently recruiting a new Retail Sales professional (m/w) for their beautiful flagship store in the Zurich City area. This is an opportunity to grow with one of the very best brands in the industry and aim for new heights in your career in Retail Sales

**POSITION
Your main responsibilities will be the following:

- To ensure a role of welcoming and service to customers in the different product departments
- To participate in the development of sales, thanks to adapted advice and a personalised follow-up
- To develop loyalty and long-lasting relations with the clientele
To participate in the store daily activities (merchandise reception and storage, visual merchandising, handling payments, after-sales service, inventories)

**PROFILE
We are ideally looking for a person with the following:

- Previous sales experience (min. 5 years) in a high-end / luxury retail store
- Prior experience in Watches or Jewellery would be a strong advantage
- Sense of responsibilities, autonomy, dynamism and enthusiasm
- Sales, customer service and high-end product experience
- Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and Team spirit
Fluency in German and English, other languages would represent assets
