**Additive Manufacturing Technician (F/M) 100%**
The Technician will have opportunities be part of the creation of next level sports equipment. This is an opportunity to be part of a great success story as SCOTT Sports S.A. builds a new AM line for product development and manufacturing.
**Tasks**:
Perform Day-to-Day operational and manufacturing activities in the manufacturing line to meet daily production targets/schedule/output.
Carry out periodic maintenance, verification and calibration of production equipment to ensure all production equipment are duly calibrated in time of use during production operation.
Responsible to support maintenance activities - equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, calibration and innovation projects, perform appropriate levels of maintenance and unscheduled troubleshooting.
Demonstrate capability to characterize process output parameters with respect to equipment performance, reliability issues, perform root cause analysis and recommend and implement corrective or preventive actions, including using 3D data analysis.
Collaborate effectively with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Lab teams to always maintain the excellent quality in produced product.
Work closely with process and product engineers on the product qualification, testing and approvals as pre-requisite for Manufacturing Release.
**Specifics**: Prepare, print and finish prototypes for the engineering department and ensure their quality.
Run maintenance activities for the installed AM machines and keep track of consumables.
Plan and track part production of volume production, as well as the prototype production.
Analyse and judge designs received from the engineering department on the printability.
Work under tight project timelines and deliver data and parts in the agreed schedule
Adapt to the Scott Sports digital design and development process and workflow
3 years + industry experience in the AM world
Must be detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines successfully.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
Good skills in process documentation and solution oriented work approaches.
Scott Sports SA is located in Givisiez / Fribourg (Switzerland) and the start date is to be discussed.
