As a **Demand Planner (*) in Langenthal **, **you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

- _Maximizing the effectiveness of the statistical forecast by leveraging standard work, adjusting/cleansing historical demand, determining appropriate aggregation for calculating the statistical forecast.- _Collaborate with Local
- & European counterparts (i.e. Manufacturing / Market Intelligence Analysts / Supply Planners / IBP Demand and Supply Managers / Portfolio Managers)- _Maintain demand planning parameters in Demand Planning tool- _Optimize statistical forecast in Demand Planning tool (SAP APO DP)- _Review & process of market intelligence input- _Support New Product Introductions, European/Country Demand Reviews and SKU & Portfolio Management- _Responsible for what-if simulations and analysis on Demand Management, supply chain optimization and improvement initiatives and project management initiatives- _Manage complex business scenario- _Ensure Outliers are identified and actioned upon**Your Skills and Expertise**:

- _Educated to Degree Level or equivalent - Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineer, IT or similar- _Experience in planning or similar logistics role- _Knowledge of Supply chain principles and inventory control, planning systems, forecasting techniques and statistics- _Knowledge of demand and DRP planning tools as well as SAP experience- _Excellent Communication skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills- _Fluent in English -written and verbal- _APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) certified (Desirable)**Supporting Your Well-being**:
