**Your new responsibilities**
- Coordinating the overall communications strategy of the department
- Collaborating with the communications teams of other departments to ensure consistent messaging of key topics
- Creating and managing posts and newsletters for our team on the Siemens internal communication platforms
- Organising and managing the content on our team's SharePoint sites
- Reviewing planned tasks and producing regular status reports for the team
- Coordinating and supporting change management initiatives within the department

**Your talents and experience**
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Communications, Marketing or Business
- You are enthusiastic about storytelling, media work, and communications
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Sound MS-Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Office 365)
- Ideally you have some initial experience in writing for various channels in English
