- Are you an ace at using data and technology to take things to the next level? Do you see yourself bring people together on thorny questions at the intersection of tech and business?
- We’re looking for someone like you to:
- be a strategic partner to a diverse range of stakeholders in content, engineering, marketing, and product specialist by generating data-driven insights to influence the direction of our GWM business decisions and technology implementations and future investments
- partner with the end-2-end organization to define our goals and the portfolio of metrics to measure performance and commercial impact of the CIO led value chain
- identify the level and cadence of information needed to operate key business areas and build dashboards and reports to drive business decisions based on data
- provide mentorship and guidance to team members, identify and recommend best practices, and help level up overall team capabilities
- be a champion for client and data first
- make evidence-based business and technology decisions throughout the organization, educating and advocating for its use within the immediate and bigger UBS organizations

- You'll be working in the GWM CIO Analytics & Platform team in Zurich. We help to drive that effort across technology, processes and commercial impact. We work across functions to unlock growth opportunities and create win-win partnerships that deliver far-reaching value and cement CIO position as the world’s leading investment house, both today and in the future, inside and outside UBS.

**Your expertise**
- mathematical / computer science background
- prior experience extracting key data and findings, defining commercial metrics, identifying opportunities and delivering new investment opportunities for clients based on investment content
- solid track record of stakeholder management across engineers, designers, content and product owners, risk and process owners
- experience with one or more programming languages (Java, NodeJS, Python, etc.)
- command of scripting languages (bash, etc.)
- understanding of Agile methodology
- Data Visualization / Data Cleaning, SQL and NoSQL, Machine Learning, Linear Algebra and Calculus know-how
