**Your responsibilities**:

- **Ensure Financial Accuracy**: Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly general ledger reconciliations to guarantee precise and reliable financial data.
- ** Support Closing Processes**: Assist in quarter-end and year-end closes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- ** Optimize Expenses**: Review travel and operating expenses for compliance and efficiency.
- ** Be Audit-Ready**: Maintain thorough documentation to meet audit and compliance standards.
- ** Drive Improvement**: Contribute to accounting projects and process enhancements for greater efficiency.
- ** Help Innovate**: Collaborate on accounting projects, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table.

**Your Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting.
- Proven expertise in closing books and managing the month-end close process.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel.
- Additional Qualifications (a plus):_
- Familiarity with international accounting standards, such as IFRS or US GAAP.
- Experience working in a start-up or high-growth company environment.
