Xelon is growing our team We are hiring a Solutions Architect to grow our business. This role requires you to set out of your comfort zone. As part of our sales and customer success team, your technical experience will help you to support our customers in finding the right setup and solution for their server infrastructure. In this role, customer focus and the willingness to learn and be adaptable are absolutely essential.

Tasks

**As a Solution Architect for DevOps, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Helping potential new customers to find the best solutions for their infrastructure and show them all advantages of our services
- Helping existing customers to grow further, by exploring and identifying the full potential of our platform
- Actively supporting our Product Team on our road map, by identifying interesting new features and services
- Actively supporting our Product Team to understand the market, our competitors, and our features
- Helping our Marketing team to understand our customers and their pains and needs

**Requirements**:
**The following experience is relevant to us**:

- At least 5 years of experience as a Linux SysAdmin, DevOps or similar
- Experience in Kubernetes environments
- Experience with Public Cloud Providers
- Relentless customer focus
- A strategic mindset that allows you to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and self-manage your workload.
- Excellent communication skills with high energy and a great attitude.
