We have an integrated platform for membrane protein biochemistry, biophysics and structural biology, including X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM. Our team combines specialized knowledge in protein science, pioneering technologies in structural biology and expertise in ligand design and characterization.

**The position**

**Key duties include**:

- Calendar management & travel organisation, arrange expense claim reimbursements.
- Organisation & preparation of internal/ external/Board meetings, writing of minutes.
- Preparation of meeting documentation, presentations and reports.
- Preparation of shareholder documentation.
- Follow-up on action items to take appropriate action to meet deadlines.
- Interface with high-profile internal and external contacts and maintain cross-office collaboration.
- Confidential treatment of highly sensitive information.
- Support any ad-hoc tasks to meet business requirements, as assigned by the Managing Partner.

**Your profile**

We are actively seeking individuals with the following qualifications and attributes to join our team:

- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or general qualification for university entrance.
- Min. 3-5 years of professional track record in an Assistant position in an industrial environment. Further qualification as Assistant to the top management is of advantage.
- Excellent user proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent language skills in German and English (professional level in oral and written communication).
- Service and solution oriented, engaged and strong communication skills.
- Organized and structured working style, ability to manage several tasks of high priority in parallel.
- Independent, proactive approach to your tasks, team player.
- Ability to establish social rapports to central stakeholders.
