**Your main responsibilities include**:
- Define strategic and values-based approach to ERM, delivering capabilities across the following dimensions: governance, people & culture, taxonomy, standards & methodology, risk ecosystem & steering, risk management process and data, platform & technology
- Lead Acino's daily ERM related activities, ensuring appropriate leadership, governance, and management necessary to identify, assess, respond to, monitor and report our strategic, financial, legal & regulatory, operational and sustainability risks
- Ensure close partnership with Acino's global departments and regions, driving risk management across the organization Set-up and enable Acino's Risk Champion community through training, exchanges of best practices and knowledge sharing
- Instill a culture of risk management across the organization
- Manage risk and response reporting to internal governance bodies such as the Risk Committee, the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors as well as support external reporting as required
- Steer as business owner Acino's group-wide risk management tool
- Lead continuous assessment and improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of Acino's ERM program
- Partner with Acino's other risk management and compliance functions to provide a seamless approach to integrated risk management
- Manage Acino's group-wide Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) for identified critical processes, systems and business areas, including reporting to the global Risk Committee, Executive Committee and Board of Directors
**Your profile**:
- Experienced enterprise leader with 12-15 plus years of relevant experience in a global company
- Experienced in building Risk Management and Business Continuity Management frameworks in line with the nature, scale and complexity of the business
- Proven track record in Risk Management, Business Continuity Management or related area such as Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, and Consulting
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Be a role model for Acino's values, ethics and values-based, risk-informed decision-making
- Strategic thinker, forward-looking, holistic and curious mindset
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well in dynamic environments while exercising good judgment
