**Group Digital Transformation Manager**:

The Group Digital Transformation Manager will lead the company's digital transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on AI adoption. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to integrate AI technologies across various departments, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving innovation. The manager will work closely with the CIO to ensure alignment with the company's overall digital strategy.

The Group Digital Transformation Manager reports directly to the CIO and works in close collaboration with other members of the IT department, employees, vendors and third-party providers.

**Main responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy with a first focus on AI adoption.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, operations, and other departments to drive digital transformation efforts.
- Take a consultative approach to digital transformation, providing expert guidance and support to departments in identifying and implementing innovative digital solutions including AI technologies that can enhance business processes (productivity) and customer experiences (creativity).
- Lead change management efforts on technologies and AI tools.
- Monitor and assess the impact of digital initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in digital transformation and AI.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 27001 & 27701.
- Serve as the primary point of contact at HQ for digital transformation and AI-related inquiries and issues from all offices.

**Your profile**
- Masters degree in Management, Business, IT
- Min 5 years of experience in an international environment
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing), any additional language is an asset
- Proven experience in communication management, preferably within the tech
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to staying informed about the latest AI trends and standards

**Specific Technical Skills**
- Familiar with ISO 27001 & 27701 standards
- Prior experience in training and education
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and any other AI solution
- Excellent communication and change management skills
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, obtain results, provide solutions for a broad range of problems
