We are looking for a **Product Manager Helium Solutions (M/F/d)** for our location in Faellanden (Switzerland) or Ettlingen (Germany).

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our HelioSmart Portfolio
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products that align with our vision and meet market needs
- Support the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process by contributing to the development core team and gathering required information for gate reviews
- Own Product Requirement Documents, based on understanding of user needs derived from Market Management, Sales, and cross-market research
- Create value propositions for new product ideas and/or product changes, and own and validate business cases
- Act as a product referent supporting Market Management and Sales to drive product market share and develop product sales and market strategies
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, value-based pricing models, and product positioning
- Provide technical sales support
- Define and monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
- Lead the planning, development, and launch of products and services in collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

Qualifikationen:
**To be successful in this position, you will need**:

- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Physics or related fields
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a hardware-focused role
- Experience in the Liquification industrial automation industry.
- Experience in product lifecycle management and requirements engineering, site planning, plant engineering
- Familiarity with magnet technologies, cryogenics collection and liquification processes
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
- Excellent networking and stakeholder management
