**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du trägst die Verantwortung für das Produktionsteam.
- Du bist zuständig für die Produktionsplanung, einschließlich Auslastungsplanung und Qualitätskontrollen.
- Du entwickelst Strategien zur Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse.
- Du leitest das operative Beschaffungsteam.
- Du bist für das Materialmanagement verantwortlich und sicherst eine sichere Materialversorgung

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im Bereich Holztechnik oder Holzbau-Polier, alternativ eine technische Grundausbildung.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion und im Einkauf.
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Holzverarbeitung und Materialbeschaffung.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz zeichnen dich aus.
- Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen und ERP-Systeme
