**Your responsibilites**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team, assisting with various sales activities, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks. Your exceptional organizational skills and customer-centric approach will contribute to the success of our lending sales efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining client relationships, including communicating with borrowers and lenders, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential borrowers or lenders.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales Representatives, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared in advance.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other documentation required for client meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, operations, and customer support, to ensure smooth and efficient loan origination and servicing processes.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and providing insights to the sales team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and lending market developments to contribute to sales strategies and market positioning.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and remain up-to-date with company offerings and loan products.
**Your profile**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a sales support role, preferably in the B2B SaaS, lending or financial industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other sales support tools.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, supporting the needs of the sales team.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow within the lending industry.
- Familiarity with lending products, loan origination processes, and customer relationship management is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; French, German or any other European language preferred.
