- Evernex is currently looking for **Teamlead Service Switzerland (m/w/d)**to join our team in **Switzerland**. As the regional service manager, you would be resonsible for all technicians in Switzerland, coordinationg their tasks and supporting them with your knowledge in IT hardware.

**Your responsibilities**- Personnel responsibility for the Service Team Switzerland- Creation, Creation, provision and maintenance of operational key figures- Collaboration in the Service Team Switzerland- Alignment of Service / Sales in the region- Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction in the region- Responsibility for resource planning- Collaboration with Sales- Shared responsibility for profitability in the department- Ensuring / adherence to work processes- Support / controlling of complex projects in the IT environment environment- Maintaining external tools- Controlling service quality- Helping to ensure that spare parts are kept in stock and that minimum stock levels are maintained in accordance with current maintenance contract requirements- Supporting the professional and personal development of employees- Promoting active collaboration within the team and with other transnational service regions

**Our requirements**- Completed training in the IT sector or comparable professional experience- Management experience- Very good technical understanding and quick comprehension- Confident and friendly appearance- Independent action and decision-making within the decision-making authority- Strong teamwork and communication skills- Ability to efficiently plan and organize work processes- Conscientiousness- Accurate work- Ability to work under pressure and organizational talent
