What’s the scope?

This is a super exciting role within the Lee Digital Marketing team that will help to shape the future of the brand online.

Your responsibilities as our Social Media Manager Lee;
- Drive our organic Social Media agency partner to flawlessly execute the brand’s marcom calendar on all social media channels.
- Ideate creative executions of the brand’s digital marketing calendar on all social media channels.
- Drive content creation through influencers throughout Europe.
- Brief agencies, freelancers, and internal graphic designers for digital assets. Draft up straightforward brief documents with clear goals/expectations and keeping track with delivery deadlines.
- Community management; strategically and proactively build our community online and steer customer service through all social channels
- Evaluate campaigns in Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, YouTube Creator studio etc. and frequently report results to key stakeholders within the business.
- Control, plan and manage the brand’s local paid and organic social budgets and report to the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager.
- Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up with the development of the digital space within the fashion industry.

Skills for Success:

- Bachelor’s degree in (digital) marketing / communication or related field is recommended.
- At least 5 years of experience within a Social Media role, experience in fashion industry is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
- Proficient skill in the use of Apple OSX and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time-management and organization skills. Structure is key in this role.
- Data-first & analytical mindset.
- Ability to analyze and interpret brand marketing strategies.
- Copywriting skills is a plus.
