**Das Ziel der Position**:As a Wealth Advisor at Alpian, you'll do more than just provide investment and financial advice. You'll be a trusted partner for our clients, leveraging video conferencing to deliver personalized guidance and build lasting relationships. Your role isn't just about transactions; it's about empowering clients with knowledge, advocating for their interests, and embodying the values that define Alpian.

**Jobübersicht**:

- Offer expert advice on a range of financial products and services.
- Keep clients informed with timely market updates and insightful investment analyses.
- Conduct thorough portfolio reviews and explain performance metrics in a clear and actionable manner.
- Educate clients on investment strategies and empower them to make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold Alpian's policies and standards.
- Provide bespoke services tailored to each client's needs, fostering trust and loyalty.

**Erfahrung / Fähigkeiten erforderlich**:

- Background in banking and finance, or completion of a Swiss banking apprenticeship.
- SAQ Certification (Retail, Affluent, or CWMA) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Swiss financial industry, including banking apprenticeship.
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and investment solutions.
- Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
- Client-oriented, solution-driven, and a team player.
- Valid work permit in Switzerland.
- Fluent in English and another national language (Swiss-German, French, or Italian).
- Comfortable in innovative environments and driven to revolutionize the banking industry
