He/She is responsible for the document management being related to material and supplier qualification material. This includes e.g.
- handling of various supplier qualifications documents
- in collaboration with PM, QA and suppliers support with different material certificates (like BSE/TSE or GMO, etc), and supply chain declaration (SCD) for ROH and VERP used in Small Molecules (and potentially also Visp shared infrastructure)
- support with the development of the future Supplier qualification system (ORO) which is currently under evaluation in procurement

Job description
- Implementation and maintenance of Material Master Data in SAP
- Opening and maintenance of Bill of Materials, recipes, work centers and services
- Escalate issues which require resolution with relevant stakeholders, functions and forums.
- Ensures key user trainings to enable users to perform their mater data related tasks.
- Responsible for requesting extensions of the materials in other plants
- Responsible for Supply Chain relevant data adaptations in SAP for future OMP planning tool
- Be an active member of projects aimed at improving the process (in cooperation with Global Master Data, SC Center of Excellence, Controlling, Operations and Program Management)
- Take responsibility for the document management being related to material and supplier qualifications e.g. support introduction and use of a new document management system (ORO system)
- He / Her supports the Supply Planner with planning activities in SAP and OMP

Key requirements
- Master Data Management for at least 5 years
- Several years of experience with SAP (MM and PP)
- Knowledge using planning tools like OMP
- Working experience in pharmaceuticals or chemicals manufacturing
