Groupe détenu et dirigé par des associés, Pictet propose une gamme complète de services financiers destinés à des familles et à des particuliers fortunés, comprenant des solutions de gestion discrétionnaire et de conseil en placement ainsi que des services de _family office_.

Nous recherchons un/e _private banker_ pour rejoindre le service _Marché - France, Bénélux & UK - International_ de notre département _Développement commercial_, à Genève. Ce rôle a pour but de soutenir l’activité actuelle de l’entreprise, de faire perdurer l’expérience client et le rendement des investissements.

En tant que _private banker,_ vous gérerez un portefeuille de clients tout en soutenant le business existant. Vous saurez conseiller activement les clients sur les meilleures solutions patrimoniales, tout particulièrement sur la manière de préserver et de faire fructifier leurs actifs au travers de connaissances approfondies en solutions d’investissement.

**Votre rôle**:

- Développer et maintenir une relation de confiance à long terme avec les clients.
- Analyser la structure patrimoniale ainsi que les besoins des clients en vue de mettre en œuvre des solutions d’investissement adaptées, incluant des investissements bancaires, des produits fiduciaires et immobiliers (avec le soutien de spécialistes au sein du groupe Pictet).
- Passer des ordres, effectuer des transactions, des paiements et d’autres opérations bancaires.
- Connaître, comprendre et mener à bien les processus opérationnels et administratifs telles que les ouvertures de compte.
- Analyser les positions des portefeuilles, préparer les évaluations de performance et des propositions d’investissements alignées sur les objectifs, les actifs et les stratégies d’investissement des clients.
- Comprendre les développements économiques et monétaires sur les performances des marchés, des entreprises et des différents secteurs. Rester informé/e des événements en lien avec les différents marchés.
- S’assurer de connaître et respecter les règles _compliance_ et _cross-border_ afin d’assurer la conformité avec les lois locales, les exigences réglementaires et les directives internes. Acquérir les connaissances appropriées pour les appliquer efficacement et assurer un traitement égalitaire entre les clients, tout en adhérant à la culture et aux valeurs de Pictet.

**Votre profil**:

- Formation universitaire en finance, niveau master, ou formation jugée équivalente.
- Certification SAQ et diplôme post-grade de type AZEK, CAIA, CFA : un atout.
- Expérience de 5 ans en qualité de _private banker_.
- Connaissance approfondie de toutes les catégories d’instruments financiers (produits dérivés, options, contrats à terme, _hedge funds_, fonds spéciaux, etc.).
- Domicile en Suisse requis.

Vous saurez faire preuve d’initiative et travailler de manière autonome, tout en respectant la confidentialité des activités dont vous aurez la charge.
