**Associate Director, Planning Lead, Cardiovascular (M/F/d)**

This role is based in Lucerne (Switzerland)

**Purpose of the role**

In this position, you lead a team of 6-8 Supply Chain Planning Specialists responsible for maintaining supply to markets, meeting inventory targets, and making the most efficient use of site resources for the manufacturing and packaging of both in-line products new products introductions.

The team is responsible for implementing supply chain initiatives and plans supporting tactical and strategical divisional priorities. The Franchise Planning Led is an Associate Director Supply Chain Management with strong and proven leadership skills, developing individual team members and the team. You motivate them towards continuous improvement, with strong leadership qualities, interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, and the ability to anticipate and solve problems. Additionally, you are responsible for the annual cycle of people management activities.

**Main responsibilities**
- Acts as a primary contact between the Hub and the manufacturing sites (or tolling partners) and is responsible for establishing efficient and structural interactions. Main activity includes close collaboration with manufacturing sites and OCO (Organon Commercial Organization):

- The primary point of contact with leadership positions at the manufacturing sites.
- Responsibilities include addressing and mitigating bottleneck situations, engaging the site in structural improvements in the supply chain, connecting the various supply chain nodes, and facilitating an end-to-end planning process.
- Also responsible for jointly developing and monitoring progress in the annual Volume Plan and Inventory Plan process.
- Be the designated Organon representative to manage strategic relationships/alliances with external partners from a supply chain perspective.
- Member of the extended Hub leadership team and a vital member of the Hub Operations Team.
- Support continuous improvement activities and strategic initiatives: supporting and initiating constant improvement and strategic activities both at the Hub and in the end-to-end supply chain.

**Your profile**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field (Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business management)
- Five years related (cross-functional) team-lead experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Supply chain management & knowledge of the above-listed Brands are an advantage
- Experience working with different regions/countries/stakeholder management.
- SAP ECC & APO Knowledge an advantage
- Experience with continuous improvement
- Knixas Rapid Response knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of APICS CPIM /CSCP
- Excellent communications and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English
