Our client is a private equity fund management company that manages one of the most significant funds dedicated to investments in the infrastructure for clean energy. The fund, worth a couple of billions, comprises leading industrial actors and major international financial investors. Our client’s international teams invest globally in the infrastructure for clean energy with a dynamic and ESG-compliant investment strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Corporate Finance Associate will be responsible for the company's budgeting process, financial control, and reporting. As a joint venture, the nature of the reports and stakeholders will be varied.

Budgeting and Reporting:

- Participate in the fund’s budgeting process in collaboration with the CFO, operational teams, and stakeholders in each company.
- Monitor monthly budget execution of subsidiaries and anticipate any necessary updates based on various events.
- Participate in the monthly reporting in collaboration with accounting teams for all French and foreign companies and perform group-specific analyses.
- Help elaborate the 5-year business plan and its updates

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, auditing, or controlling
- 3-5 years of experience in auditing or controlling
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and budgeting
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and financial software
