**EINFÜHRUNG**:
Our Client, Ashenden Finance is a well known and recognized financial boutique providing a full range of equity and fixed income brokerage services with almost a 30 year history.

**AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**:
Trade Processing: Checking that trades input by traders are correctly processed, sending trade confirmations to counterparties, uploading trades to clearing agents, and ensuring that uploaded trades align with clearing agent systems. Transaction Settlement Monitoring: Ensuring timely settlement by monitoring and, if necessary, chasing counterparties to instruct/amend settlement instructions. Correcting instructions to ensure a match and timely settlement. Buy-ins/Sell-outs: Processing ISMA/ICMA buy-ins/sell-outs. Coupons: Following up on and ensuring that Ashenden receives and pays coupons. Clearing Agent Systems: Learning all necessary functionalities of clearing agent systems. In-house System: Learning all aspects of Ashenden's in-house system FUNDS. Collaborating with external programmers when changes, improvements, or additional functionality is needed.

**ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**:
Our client offers you a secure and compelling employment opportunity, overseeing a small Back Office team within an engaging financial boutique environment. Following the initial familiarization period, there is the potential to manage the job remotely, up to a maximum of two days per week. The employment conditions are contemporary and attractive.
