Tasks

Atos is a global leader in Digital Workplace services and from this standpoint we are looking to strengthen our team in Zürich, with a consultant with experience in creating strategies and value for our customers.

**As Digital Workplace Consultant you will be able to**:

- Use client engagement skills to audit customer landscape and identify use cases that maximize client business value.
- Provide analysis, conclusions and recommendations based on industry best practice, Digital Workplace knowledge and your own experience and expertise.
- Work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to consider the appropriate and innovative solutions.
- Continuously drive for client satisfaction, brief, and introduce the experts, ensuring the completion of assignments. Follow-up and close out on the agreed business upgrade plan.
- Support pre-sales/sales stakeholders in business development activities.
- Support and develop Digital Workplace portfolio and consultancy offerings.
- Create client-specific strategy and governance models

**To be part of this team you need to have**:

- Significant experience with digital workplace transformation including modern device

management, design of user centric support services, and user experience technologies.
- Preferably at least 5 years’ experience in a Consulting, Pre-sales, or engineering position in Digital Workplace.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor, create new business opportunities for the organization, advise on optimum solutions and strategies.
- Sound communication skills with the ability to effectively pass information to high and lower levels within the organization.
- Story telling skills to effectively translate solutions and offerings to customers.
- Sound knowledge of the current leading workplace solutions such as Microsoft 365/Azure, Nexthink and VMware Workspace ONE. Knowledge in Microsoft Intune/EMS, Nexthink, intelligent contact center services including virtual interaction, chatbots and ML, and user

experience automation technologies is a plus.
- Capability to identify and define personas and customer journeys in the daily process execution.
- Use an innovative approach in defining a Digital Workplace landscape to ensure that our clients stay relevant in their market.
- Defining strategy and roadmaps, adoption and exploitation of related services defining policies and standards to ensure sustainability and quality
- Languages: English. German and French are a plus.
