**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

The night has no secret for you and you are the light for our guests

As a Night Audit, your main missions will be:

- to be responsible for the night shift in terms of security and customer relations
- to be the privileged contact for customers, and to resolve any complaints in a WOW way
- preparing the daily financial report,
- to carry out current accounting: validation of invoices, collection of payments, closing of the day's operations, etc.
- to report to management daily on the progress of your shift,
- to bring your help to the departments which need it,
- ensure check-in and check-out,
- to welcome customers in a personalized way at the reception or on the phone and to take care of them,
- you know the services offered by the hotel, inform the customer and invite him to use them

At least 2 years' experience in the same position in the luxury hotel industry
You are passionate about the worlds of fashion, design and fuel, and love creating memorable customer experiences
Extrovert, you have good interpersonal skills, demonstrate adaptability, versatility, and motivation
Perfect command of French and English, an additional language is a plus
Mastery of Opera software
