As a Human Resources Coordinator you will become part of a dedicated HR team whose goal is to provide a superb end-to-end employee journey. In this role, you will ensure smooth HR administration and be the primary point of contact for employees and supervisors for all HR operational tasks.

**What you'll do**
- Drive and own the entire administrative HR life cycle such as onboarding and offboarding, mutations etc.
- Responsible for administrative matters such as social insurances, tax at source, reference letters, work certificates, family allowances
- Responsible for payroll processing in cooperation with our external partner
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Point of contact and operational advisory to employees and line managers on HR related topics
- Recruitment coordination support
- Monitor and coordinate our key HR processes (Feedback and Development, Compensation Review processes etc.)
- Continuous improvement of our internal processes and support for various HR-related projects

**What you bring**
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and certificate as HR-Assistant / Sachbearbeiter Personalwesen or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security topics and employment principles
- 2+ years of working in administration and human resources ideally in an international environment
- Excellent command of both English and German
