As conference coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing our conference and events activity on site. This mission is splited in three main fields:
**Conference & Events Coordinator FR/ANG (100% ) (H/F/D) à Genève**:
**_Votre travail_**:
**Administrative**
- Oversee catering booking, cancellation, and postponement orders from clients by managing all catering demands, creating quotes and sending confirmation to clients
- Plan and coordinate all activities to successfully execute meetings and conferences by creating Function Sheets and sharing them with Chef and F&B Manager
- Maintain high-level of professionalism and competence when dealing with clients and delivering service
- Obtain client feedback and make appropriate changes for improvements
- Submit invoices for caterings

**Operational**
- Organize the delivery of catering
- Ensure that catering is delivered on time and as mentioned on the Function Sheet
- Address new requests of host before and during meetings
- Organize weekly coordination meeting with the team to make sure the excellency of execution
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with other F&B team members to orchestrate flawless catering execution
- Charge precisely and accurately on the cashier system the services delivered

Leadership
- Take ownership for full implementation of catering services through offers, payroll management, productivity, and public relations
- Adapt accurately payroll resources face to the activity by booking extra staff if activity is high and support needed
- Provide support to the F&B Manager and assist her in her tasks

- Understanding of guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Demonstrable customer-service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
- Fluent in English
