**Project**:
For our customer, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for an employee for small parts provision/logistics.

**Background**:
Basel Drug Substance Manufacturing, with its 650 employees, produces large and small molecule APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) for commercial and clinical supply. We have modern, highly automated production facilities at our Basel site for the production of antibodies. The production and implementation of these processes takes place in compliance with cGMP.

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- GMP-compliant cleaning of small parts and mobile system components
- GMP-compliant production and autoclaving of setups important for production, e.g. from the cleaned small parts
- Support with secondary process activities, such as sample management or cleaning verifications
- GMP-compliant documentation of work processes
- Operation and monitoring of systems, operation and electronic documentation in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Troubleshooting in the area of responsibility
- Collaboration in the maintenance and servicing of systems and equipment
- Acceptance and delivery of SAP batch-managed materials, as well as durability and visual inspection with appropriate measures
- Timely delivery and cleaning of materials for the ISO area in accordance with GMP and MES specifications
- Creation and provision of shopping carts
- Waste disposal within the VS and cooperation with site disposal
- Management of various warehouses

**Must Haves**:

- Completed vocational training or similar; preferably chemical technician or pharmaceutical technologist
- Experience with automated systems in the GMP environment
- IT affinity, MES knowledge
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Quality and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and enjoy working in a team
