**Role Overview**:
As a Project Manager Customer Onboarding & Campaigns, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful integration of Cryptonow products with our retail and online partners. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding processes and implementing impactful marketing campaigns that drive visibility and sales growth. This cross-functional role requires exceptional project management skills and a proactive approach to collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring seamless integration of Cryptonow products.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Cryptonow products at the retail store level across Switzerland.
- Drive marketing initiatives in online shops to maximize product visibility and foster growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and onboarding processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and challenges.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in customer onboarding or marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in retail store marketing and online shop marketing, ideally in retail or e-commerce environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate across teams effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and other relevant software solutions (SalesForce, PipeDrive, HubSpot, etc.).
- Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for the cryptocurrency industry and enthusiasm for Cryptonow’s products.
