For our client working in aviation and located at Basel Euroairport we are looking for a Facility Coordinator.
- Start date: ASAP
- Planned end date : 31/05/2026
- Workplace: Basel Euroairport
- Workload: 100%

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES
- Act as a reliable and solutions-oriented contact for employees, operational teams, and stakeholders.
- Manage daily requests related to office spaces, hangars, workshops, and operational support areas.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across offices and hangars.
- Supervise external suppliers and ensure compliance with SLAs, safety rules, prevention plan
- Communicate operational updates, access changes, and incident follow-ups.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility readiness.
- Support KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement actions.

MUST HAVES
- Finalized vocational diploma, degree or at least 2 years of experience in a Facility Coordinator role
- First experience as facility coordinator supervising tasks or hospitality manager would be an advantage
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and SAP, Power BI and AutoCAD is an advantage
- Very good oral, written and communication skills in English (B2 Level) and French (B1 Level), German would be an advantage
- Ability to successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Self motivated and independent personality that is happy to work within a team and in a fast changing environment
- Accurate, efficient and solution oriented way of working

This contract is for 6 **Months** (might be extended) or even become permanent.
