Junior Controller

As a pioneer of premium sportswear brands, X-Technology
Swiss R&D AG with their brands X-Bionic® und X-Socks® is looking for a Junior Controller as soon as possible who is motivated to continuously revolutionize the sportswear industry worldwide together with our ambitious team in Wollerau (Switzerland).

Tasks
- Participation in strategic corporate planning
- Preparation of operational budgets, forecasts and multi-year plans
- Preparation of management reporting (deviation analysis, comments)
- Analysis of assets, financial position and operational results
- Development of ad-hoc analyses
- Preparation of investment and profitability calculations in the context of newly planned projects
- Creation of number-based controlling instruments and ensuring data-based decisions on the basis of current KPIs
- Establishment of controlling for the X-Technology group
- Controlling business partner and sparring partner for the management team

**Requirements**:

- Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on controlling
- Optimally professional experience in a comparable position
- Profound knowledge of ERP systems as well as strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with areas of responsibility and to communicate complex issues in a structured and comprehensible manner
- Strong analytical skills and an independent, structured approach to work
- Very good communication and expression skills in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
