Gestion et Coordination des cours collectifs sur 4 clubs

- Postuler maintenant**Ce que tu accomplis**:
Responsable cours collectifs de 4 studios dans la région
Donner au minimum 1 cours collectif par studio et par semaine
Organisation et elaboration des plannings de tous les collaborateurs
Travaux administratifs et tenue de satistiques
Etablissement du budget annuel
Garantir la satisfaction des collaborateurs et clients
Sélection des collaborteurs et encadrement et coaching des collaborateurs
Reconnaître les tendances et optimisation du programme
Maintien du standard élevé en matière d'hygiène
**Ce que tu apportes**:
**Formation initiale ou continue complétée**:
Formation d’instructeur de Group Fitness (certificat reconnu en Suisse)
**Expérience professionnelle**:
En gestion
**Français (excellentes connaissances)**:
