Our client is one of the biggest Swiss banks. To extend the onsite team in Zürich, we are looking for a skilled long-term Contractor for the role of Compliance Auditor Consultant.

Tasks

**Role Overview and Responsibilities**:
You will have opportunities to supervise and monitor audits to ensure efficient and high-quality audit execution.

Perform holistic assessments of and deep dive into various areas with elevated compliance risks.
- Internal Audit for Financial Services
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and transformation

You will have the opportunity to advise clients in different industries on how to set up their risk management functions. Support to define the risk strategy and appetite, followed by defining the risk function and its organization to identify, measure, and manage the risks within the defined boundaries.
- Asset & Wealth Management and Compliance Transformation

Together with your team, you will focus on optimizing and digitalizing front-to-back processes in wealth management (esp. client onboarding) and the review, design and transformation of risk & compliance target operating models (TOM) in financial services, for which you also leverage risk analytics solutions (e.g. voice analytics).
- Financial Crime Prevention

Support clients in fighting financial crime such as money laundering, violation of sanctions, corruption, and fraud. Thereby you can support in amongst other optimizing the detection models using advanced analytics and big data, integrating financial crime prevention into client processes, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the preventive measures.
- Client Analytics and E2E LifeCycle Management

You provide excellent support for clients in optimizing their client-facing advisory, lead generation, and sales processes on a strategic and operational level.

Help clients to enhance customer experience and satisfaction while improving financial performance.
- F2B Optimization

You will have the opportunity to advise FSI clients on how to evolve their Operating Models by strategic Front-2-Back improvements of core value chains with a focus on credit lending products.

Thereby you can support amongst others strategy development, process optimization, digitalization, and change management.

**Requirements**:
**Your Profile**:

- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Completion of relevant industry-specific certification, such as Certified Internal Auditor
- Minimum of 5 years' auditing experience.
- Good expertise in Compliance / Risk Management or in Audit in the banking industry paired with a deep interest, passion and awareness for compliance and risk topics
- An in-depth understanding of the industry rules, guidelines, and regulations
- At least basic knowledge in Financial Crime Compliance, Client Tax Compliance and/or Fraud Risk
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and statistical skills
- Experience with relevant financial services software
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Dedication to objectivity
- EU/Swiss citizenship or valid Swiss work permit

**Nice to have(s)**:

- German
- IT Consulting
- Experience in a large consulting company (e.g., EY, KPMG, PWC, or Deloitte)
- Mifid II or Fedleg experience
