For our Digital Identity and Security business at our location in Aarau we are looking for a
**Manufacturing Plant Controller (M/F/d) (Ref. No. R0179908)**
**You will enjoy having this responsibility**:
In this role you are taking care of all manufacturing and plant controlling activities for our plants in Aarau (Switzerland) and Ditzingen, Stuttgart (Germany).
**It also involves the following tasks**:
- Advise and assist our department managers in analysis of the financial impacts of strategic business decisions taken
- Controlling, analyzing and reporting of manufacturing and production figures, Costing of new products and processes as well as actual factory results
- Analyzing of numbers and figures such as CapEx, material variances analysis, inventory costing and calculation of inventory reserves
- Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process
- Participation in different improvement projects and support implementations of internal control systems
- Definition of standard costs, transfer prices for intercompany deliveries
- Reconciliation of external sales COGS and statutory COGS of drop shipment and materials sales
- Preparation of journal entries in management books (provisions, cost allocations, inventory etc.)
**You have**:
- Bachelor or Master degree with focus on Finance, Accounting or comparable
- Professional experience in the field of business, finance or manufacturing and plant controlling
- Profound knowledge in using Excel as well as Finance and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Critical knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to turn and visualize results and data into meaningful management information
- Full proficiency in English, either French or German also preferred
