Praktikant/in Im Fund Accounting Real Estate W/m/d

Der/die Praktikant/in unterstützt das Fund Accounting Team und trägt aktiv zum Erfolg des Geschäfts in der Schweiz bei und istverantwortlich für:
- Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft
- Unterstützung beim Financial und Corporate Accounting
- Aufbereitung, Weiterentwicklung und Unterstützung bei der Finalisierung der Swiss Reports
- Testing der Reports vor der Einführung in Yardi
- Erstellung von Guidelines / standardisierten Instruktionen und Anforderungen betreffend Reports
- Funktion als Bindeglied zwischen dem Fund Accounting Team und dem Central Service Team sowie der IT
- Aufrechterhaltung eines starken Kontrollumfelds unter Berücksichtigung der beschriebenen Prozesse sowie im Rahmen der Risiko
- und Compliance-Ziele.
- Ausfüllen von Checklisten und rechtzeitige Aktualisierung des Steuerkalenders.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Studium im Bereich Accounting oder Controlling
- Interesse an der Immobilienwirtschaft, idealerweise mit erster Erfahrung in der Finanz
- oder Immobilienbuchhaltung
- Ausgezeichnete analytische und numerische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel
- Ausgeprägter Teamplayer
- Eigenmotiviert, proaktiv, ergebnisorientiert
- Ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
