Do you have proven track record as a client relationship builder? - We’re looking for someone like you to: - execute fixed income client orders according to our Best Execution Principles with our internal and external counterparties and broker network for our GWM, DAC and external banks - support our clients with price and liquidity information and actively monitor our limit order book - introduce, develop and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their objectives and needs - ensure timely and efficient execution of client orders, proactively engage with counterparties - support internal projects and automation initiatives - manage risk, taking responsibility and actions towards mitigating risk - maximize flows by exploring cross business opportunities with clients **Your team** - You’ll be working in the Fixed Income Execution team in our split location in Opfikon or Zurich-Altstetten. We are the global hub for Fixed Income client order execution and responsible for "Best Execution" for all cash bonds. Our team is recognized as one of the leading buy side trading desks for Fixed Income securities and classified as top tier client by all major dealers, brokers and market makers. As a fixed income sales trader, you'll be part of a dynamic team which offer high touch order handling and execution services, supported by robust technology to our internal and external clients. **Your expertise** - experience in a Fixed Income execution, sales trading and/or client-facing role - high-energy, positive “can-do” attitude and ability to work independently - great communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels, able to build strong internal and external relationships - a desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, sense of urgency, -especially under pressure - and in preparation for high visibility engagement - fluent in German and English (written and oral), French or Italian is a plus - excellent Microsoft Power Point and Excel skills - Bloomberg and other trading platform experience would be an asset **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
