We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking **EMEA Distribution Category Manager** to shape the future of our distribution business. This role is pivotal in defining category strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring our position as a market leader in the residential sector. By leveraging market insights and developing actionable plans, you will contribute to achieving sales, profitability, and market share objectives while fostering sustainability and innovation across the category. The main responsibilities are:

- ** Market Analysis**:Conduct in-depth analysis of the residential market, understanding end-user needs and distributor expectations. Monitor competitors, identify acquisition opportunities, and conduct SWOT analyses for the category. Stay ahead of trends and technologies by actively participating in sectoral forums and industry events.
- ** Category Strategy Development and Execution**:Define and implement the Category Strategy within the distribution business, setting ambitious yet achievable objectives. Develop and oversee product, communication, and commercial plans to ensure success in sales, profitability, brand awareness, and market share. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align category goals with broader business objectives.
- ** Innovation and Sustainability**:Drive innovation by identifying and integrating cutting-edge solutions and trends into the category. Lead sustainability initiatives to align the category with evolving market demands and corporate sustainability commitments. Champion a forward-thinking approach, ensuring the category remains competitive and future-ready.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in category management, preferably within the distribution or residential sector with a deep understanding of market trends, technologies, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver impactful results with strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
