A great opportunity to gain insight into a diverse and dynamic business: Our projects revolve around our consumer business (Breastfeeding Accessories, Cosmetics, etc.). Your role will involve effective and proactive management of projects from development to market launch (duration 9-24 months).

This is what your job entails
- Taking full ownership of our projects, building the project plan, defining task dependencies, allocate resources to tasks as well as defining the project organization and communication so that roles and responsibilities can be assigned clearly within the project
- Planning of available resources according to the project roadmap - making sure that appropriate people are allocated
- Coordinate tasks / resources and deadlines with internal and external partners and collaborate closely with key functions at Medela AG (such as Marketing, Artwork etc.)
- Reporting the project status on a regular basis in order to identify conflicts in the project portfolio and to enable effective decision-making by the stakeholders.
- Organization of project and review meetings with thereafter follow up and action points and the monitoring thereof
- Performing risk management - by setting up and maintaining a project risk matrix in order to manage an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, costs and quality.

Skills and abilities help you to accomplish your tasks
- Higher degree in business studies (Bachelor, Master)
- Around 4-5 years of project management experience within a similar industry (FMCG, cosmetics, etc.), ideally with Project Management certification
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in a global environment as well as with multiple cultures
- English fluent, German proficiency desired
- Good level of conceptual understanding of different project management methodologies, sound knowledge of project management documentation practices and ability to drive process improvement
