**YOUR TASKS**:

- Coordinating housekeeping needs with other hotel departments
- Checking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Monitor and order cleaning products stock
- Examine the building/area so as to determine areas that need repairs and/or maintenance
- Set up and maintenance procedure for Housekeeping and communications with other departments like reception and maintenance
- Implement strategies to improve the functioning of the housekeeping department
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
- Update room status into hotel software SIHOT
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
- Performing cleaning tasks when staff don't show up for work or the team is shorthanded

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
