Optotune is a strongly growing and internationally active optics company based in Dietikon, Switzerland. We develop, manufacture and market the latest generation of adaptive optical elements for industrial and consumer markets.

Tasks
- Build and lead an outstanding marketing and sales organization including overseas sales offices
- Define and execute a global marketing and sales strategy
- Analyze the market and understand which products and features will enable us to differentiate
- Increase total revenue and gross margins as per our business plan, make an accurate and up-to-date sales forecast
- Establish outstanding relationships with key decision makers from the top ten smartphone brands and compact camera manufacturers
- Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts and drive other key accounts
- Negotiate development and supply agreements with all major consumer brands
- Establish and implement short
- and long-term marketing and sales goals, policies, and operating procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals and take corrective actions if necessary
- Ability to travel on short notice and often
- Member of the company management team

**Requirements**:

- 10 years of sales experience in consumer electronics industry, mobile phone market preferred
- MSc degree in Photonics, Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and MBA
- Strong leader who can inspire a team and overcome challenges when under time pressure
- Self-motivated, proactive, pragmatic, and eager to succeed
- Strong promoter and convincer
- Persistent, well structures, creative and empathic
- Strategic thinking and able to manage large international customers
- Proficient in English, Korean and Chinese are a big plus
