- Ihre Aufgaben
- Leitung der Fachstelle Qualitätsmanagementsystem sowie fachliche und personelle Führung von 6 Mitarbeitenden
- Aufrechterhaltung der EN9100 Zertifizierung
- Führung der Bereiche Reklamations
- und Fehlermanagement, Schulungsmanagement, Dokumentenmanagement, Auditmanagementsystem, Kundenreklamationsmanagement, Prozess
- und Prozessrisikomanagement und Sicherstellung deren Compliance
- Koordination von qualitätsrelevanten Themen mit dem Abteilungsleiter des Corporate Qualitätsmanagement sowie mit den Q-Fachstellen
- Regelmässiges Reporting der relevanten Kennzahlen
- Leitung von oder Mitwirkung an bereichs
- und standortübergreifenden Projekten
- Damit überzeugen Sie uns
- Technische Grundausbildung mit anschliessendem Studium (HF/FH) im Engineering oder Wirtschaft
- Weiterbildung und mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich des Qualitäts
- und Sicherheitsmanagements
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der EASA Vorschriften und der anwendbaren Normen
- Sehr gutes Prozessverständnis
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse auf Level C1
