Project Manager in The Project Department

As Project Manager in the Projects Department, you are responsible for the conceptual development, business specification and implementation of strategic Group wide projects. Your projects will typically cover entities in multiple countries and are focused around regulatory, efficiency and/or growth related topics in asset management, treasury & trading and private banking.
This role will provide you with deep insights and experiences in various areas of our Bank and cover a wide range of topics, for example, (Swiss, Asian and European) Regulations, DLT infrastructure, new client services or Advisory Process.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage concept and solution development as well as implementation and documentation of key projects throughout our banking group in various areas (work can be conducted mainly out of Zurich; very low travel activity required).
- Define and communicate verbally and through written documentation conceptual approaches, prepare solution options as well as required decisions and document the outcome
- Conduct requirement analysis and detailed gap assessments and create business requirement documents (BRD), i.e. translate conceptual business requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to IT developers and stakeholders
- Support implementation and roll out process including testing and training
- Coordination of primarily internal stakeholders. Close collaboration with key functions across the bank, in particular IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Products and Front Units
**Profiles**
- Master degree or education in business/finance. Higher financial education (CFA/MBA) would be an advantage
- At least 5 years of working experience as Project Manager in Private Banks in Switzerland. A deepened understanding and interest in asset management, treasury & trading and/or private banking is required
- Experience with regulatory implementation projects
- Full proficiency in English required, other languages would be an asset
- Ability to work independently, pragmatic & outcome oriented. Distinct process-oriented and analytical thinking
- Team player, ability to collaborate with various (including very high level) stakeholders
