Are you our next Director of Quality Assurance - EMEA happy to take responsibility, support our strong global team to improve our process improvement?

The Director of Quality Assurance (f/m/d) - EMEA is responsible to align site and quality objectives with the Pall Corporation Strategic Priorities, Operations Objectives, and the Global Quality System to assure effective and efficient use of resources and manufacturing quality completion and set facility operations goals to improve processes.

This position is part of Pall Food & Beverage and will be located in Fribourg, Switzerland (onsite).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Lead the Manufacturing Quality teams to ensure Food & Beverage quality standards are consistently achieved and maintained. Ensure that processes are sufficiently capable to deliver and maintain standards, develop action plans using multi-functional teams to address weaknesses or deficiencies.
- Collaborate across the organization at all levels, across functional groups and geographic locations, including executive management
- Build, develop and manage a high performing multi-site Manufacturing Quality Operations team for Food & Beverage sites
- Accountable to the VP Quality, Pall Corporation for overseeing the management of the manufacturing tolling sites across EMEA Quality activities and responsible for site QMS for the food and beverage BU

The essential requirements of the job include:

- Technical or commercial education
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- Experienced in leading direct reports and associates
- Strong Quality Senior Leadership background from a regulated high volume manufacturing industry.
- Ability to travel to Germany and France
- Fluent in English is a must

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- You will be analytical with a strong continuous improvement outlook for processes and developing people.
- You will have a collaborative, communicative, customer-centric and global mentality.
